Protecting your personal data is important to us. This privacy policy informs you, in accordance with the GDPR, about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on aktienanalyse.ai.

2. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted on a server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). When you visit the site, information transmitted by your browser is collected automatically (so-called server log files): IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data is used for the technical provision and security of the website (legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short time.

3. AI analysis

When you request a stock or portfolio analysis, the details you enter (e.g. the selected stock ticker or your portfolio details) are transmitted to our processor Anthropic PBC (provider of the AI model “Claude”) in order to produce the analysis. No personal master data about you is transmitted unless you enter it into the input field yourself. The legal basis is the performance of the usage relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Payment processing

For paid analyses we use the payment service provider Stripe. Data collected as part of the payment is processed directly by Stripe; we do not receive complete payment data. Stripe’s privacy policy applies in addition.

5. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website and – where used – for payment processing. No consent is required for this (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Customer account (optional)

You can voluntarily create a customer account (e-mail address + password). We process this data to provide the account, in particular to give you an overview of your purchased analyses (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). When paying, you can store your payment method directly with Stripe — card data is held exclusively by Stripe; we do not receive or store any card data. You manage stored payment methods via the secure Stripe customer portal. You can have your account deleted at any time by e-mailing us.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Please contact the address given above.

This privacy policy is dated June 2026 and will be amended as required.
