Terms of Service (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services offered via aktienanalyse.ai, in particular the creation of AI-supported stock and portfolio analyses as well as individual reports.

2. Subject of the service

aktienanalyse.ai provides automatically generated, AI-supported analyses of listed securities. The analyses are based on publicly available fundamental data and are produced using AI models. They serve exclusively information and educational purposes.

3. No investment advice

The analyses provided expressly constitute no investment advice, no financial analysis within the meaning of supervisory law, no tax or legal advice and no recommendation to buy or sell. They do not replace individual, expert advice. Every investment decision is made by the user at their own responsibility.

4. Conclusion of contract & prices

The contract for a paid analysis is concluded upon completion of the order process and successful payment. The prices stated at the time of the order apply, including any statutory taxes.

5. Right of withdrawal for digital content

When digital content is provided (analyses available immediately), the user expressly agrees that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

6. Subscriptions

In addition to individual purchases, aktienanalyse.ai offers monthly subscriptions (Compact plan, Pro plan). A subscription includes a monthly quota of analyses of the respective tier (currently 10 per billing month), which is redeemed automatically when purchasing in the analysis tool. The Pro plan quota may also be used for Compact analyses. Unused quota expires at the end of the respective billing month; carrying it over to subsequent months or paying it out is excluded.

The subscription renews automatically for one month at a time unless cancelled beforehand. Cancellation is possible at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month — in the customer account via the payment portal (Stripe). Fees already paid for the current billing month are not refunded; the remaining quota may be used until the end of the billing month. Payments are processed by the payment service provider Stripe.

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal when taking out a subscription. If the customer redeems quota from the subscription before the withdrawal period has expired, they expressly request that performance of the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period; in the event of withdrawal, proportionate compensation is owed for services already rendered.

7. Liability

Liability for the accuracy, completeness and currency of the analyses is excluded to the extent permitted by law. No liability is assumed for losses arising from investment decisions made on the basis of the analyses. Liability for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

8. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
